Q. Are we fully insured?
A. Yes, we have public liability insurance of up to £5,000,000.
Q. Do you set up all of the equipment?
A. Yes, we set up and install everything and also dissemble and take all equipment down.
Q. What if i need to cancel my booking?
A. We would ask that you let us know ASAP if you need to cancel a booking. However, we understand that things don't always go according to plan!!
If we arrive on site with the equipment, we would have to charge a small amount.
Q. Do i need to pay a deposit?
A. We would normally take a small deposit, (5-10%) via PayPal or bank transfer but this is not always necessary.
Q. When do i pay?
A. We would ask for the remainder of the payment, be payed in full once we have set all equipment up.
Q. What do i need to do, prior to your arrival?
A. We would ask that there is suitable access to the area, as well as a clean a clear area to set up. We would also need access to an electric supply.
Q. What if i damage the equipment?
A. Depending on the severity and how it was caused, we may ask you to pay a charge to cover any repair costs.
Q. Can I hire the equipment overnight?
A. We can facilitate this for certain equipment.
Q. Can I cancel my booking if it's raining or bad weather?
A. Yes, you can! With the good old northern Irish weather, it's hard to predict conditions!
Our policy is; if it's heavy rain, or wind speeds of greater than 26MPH, due to health and safety guidelines, we wouldn't be able to fulfil the booking!
Q. What surface does the bouncy castle/slide need set up on, for outdoor hire?
A. We only set up on grass. Any other surface requires thunder bolting the inflatable into the ground and is unsafe to hire otherwise!
Q. How long does the hot tub take to heat?
A. Depending on the time of year, we would normally set up the day before your requested date. This ensures the tub will be ready to use.
However, if you have gas heating, there is the option to hot fill your tub.
Q. Do you use chemicals in your hot tubs?
A. Yes, all of our tubs are sanitised and cleaned to a very high standard. They are all provided with a superior, one shot chemical provided by ferisan5.
